SHIPPING POLICY
We at Your Dog’s Bakery want to ensure that you receive your treats in prefect condition, on time and always fresh. If for any reason, there is a problem with your order please contact us so we can make it right.
We charge a standard flat rate shipping fee over a certain amount spent. We only ship within the DC Metropolitan Area (D.C., Maryland, and Virginia). Shipping usually takes 5 days or less after the product is made within 1 day production time. Orders are usually processed and shipped via USPS within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3pm EDT will be processed on the next business day, and we do not ship on major holidays. While we make every effort to have your treats on time for your furry friends, sometimes there may be some delays depending on unforeseen circumstances.
RETURN POLICY
We are passionate about maintaining a high standard of quality for all our products. However, due to the nature of our products, all orders are final and non-refundable. If your product happens to be damaged upon arrival then it will be replaced and re-shipped at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible if a package does not arrive due to an incorrect address being entered. Please ensure all information is correct when an order is placed. You are responsible for any order mistakes but if you make a mistake on your order you can call us in advance before it is shipped and we will be sure to correct it for you. If the product has already been received then it is non-refundable.
